Through the Webinfinity Website
As is true of most other websites, Webinfinity’s Website collects certain information automatically and stores it in log files. The information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, the region or general location where your computer or device is accessing the internet, browser type, operating system and other usage information about the use of the Webinfinity Website, including a history of the pages you view. We use this information to help us design our site to better suit our users’ needs. We only share personal data with third parties who are facilitating the delivery of Webinfinity services. Webinfinity collects and transfers to the U.S. personal data only: with your consent; to perform a contract with you; or to fulfil a compelling legitimate interest of Webinfinity in a manner that does not outweigh your rights and freedoms.
In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Webinfinity commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. Individuals in the European Union with inquiries or complaints regarding our Private Shield policy should first contact Webinfinity at email@example.com.
Webinfinity has further committed to refer unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to ICDR/AAA Privacy Shield Program, an alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States. Webinfinity complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”). This grants EU resident users certain rights including consent, access, modification, deletion and data portability.
Webinfinity’s lead supervisory data protection authority in the EU under the GDPR is the United Kingdom’s Information Commissioner’s Office. All Webinfinity customer processing activities are registered and tracked in the Webinfinity Registry of Processing Activities documentation.

Webinfinity maintains information that is stored by Webinfinity’s corporate clients.
Individuals using Webinfinity corporate platforms must contact their internal HR teams if they wish to access their personal data. Webinfinity’s clients have designated personnel who control access to their organizations personal data and they would decide on who can access this data. Webinfinity would not normally be involved in this process except in the event of direct EU user GDPR requests to Webinfinity.
Webinfinity’s systems allow clients using our software to establish their own criteria for limiting access to, the use, and disclosure of their personal data. Webinfinity’s system only requires individual users to identify themselves by use of an email address and a password. Webinfinity will never provide this information to any third party other than through an authorized order from a law enforcement agency. Webinfinity’s corporate clients have complete control over what additional data they wish to store on the system.
Under certain conditions, more fully described on the Privacy Shield website, you may be entitled to invoke binding arbitration when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted, including the removal of all related Personal and other data for the affected party.
To help protect the privacy of data and personally identifiable information you transmit through use of this Website, we maintain physical, technical and administrative safeguards. We update and test our security technology on an ongoing basis. We restrict access to your personal data to those employees who need to know that information to provide benefits or services to you. In addition, we train our employees about the importance of confidentiality and maintaining the privacy and security of your information. Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important to us. For that reason, Webinfinity does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. No one under age 13 is allowed to access or use the Website or to provide any personal information to Webinfinity.
