This Privacy Policy (this "Privacy Policy") details Webinfinity’s policies and practices regarding its collection and use of your personal data and sets forth your privacy rights.

This Privacy Policy addresses activities on this website and any other website or web-based system provided by Webinfinity (the "Website") only. Through the Website you are able to link to other websites which are not under the control of Webinfinity. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them. The Information We Collect and How We Use It

Through the Webinfinity Platform
Webinfinity collects personal information about its users to allow the Webinfinity platform to function and provide our services to our customers. The personal information we collect includes:

  • First name;
  • Last name;
  • Work email address;
  • Time zone;
  • Language;
  • Country; and
  • Webinfinity platform use tracking.

Please note that some customers configure the Webinfinity platform to store additional field information such as phone numbers or physical addresses, but this is not the default configuration.

Through the Webinfinity Website
As is true of most other websites, Webinfinity’s Website collects certain information automatically and stores it in log files. The information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, the region or general location where your computer or device is accessing the internet, browser type, operating system and other usage information about the use of the Webinfinity Website, including a history of the pages you view. We use this information to help us design our site to better suit our users’ needs. We may also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Website, analyze trends, track visitor movements, and gather broad demographic information that assists us in identifying visitor preferences.

When and How We Share Information with Others

We only share personal data with third parties who are facilitating the delivery of Webinfinity services. We will not sell, disseminate or lease any personal information to third parties unless we have specifically requested your permission or are required to do so in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including meeting national security or law enforcement requirements.

Transferring Personal Data from the EU to the US

Webinfinity collects and transfers to the U.S. personal data only: with your consent; to perform a contract with you; or to fulfil a compelling legitimate interest of Webinfinity in a manner that does not outweigh your rights and freedoms.

Webinfinity complies with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and or Switzerland to the United States. Webinfinity has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. Webinfinity is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) over compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. In cases of onward transfer to third parties of data of EU and Swiss individuals received pursuant to the EU-US and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield, Webinfinity is potentially liable. In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Webinfinity commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. Individuals in the European Union with inquiries or complaints regarding our Private Shield policy should first contact Webinfinity at data.protection@webinfinity.com.

Webinfinity has further committed to refer unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to ICDR/AAA Privacy Shield Program, an alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your complaint to your satisfaction, please contact or visit go.adr.org/privacyshield.html for more information or to file a complaint. The services of ICDR/AAA are provided at no cost to you.

GDPR

Webinfinity complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”). This grants EU resident users certain rights including consent, access, modification, deletion and data portability.

Webinfinity’s lead supervisory data protection authority in the EU under the GDPR is the United Kingdom’s Information Commissioner’s Office. All Webinfinity customer processing activities are registered and tracked in the Webinfinity Registry of Processing Activities documentation.

Individual Rights

Webinfinity maintains information that is stored by Webinfinity’s corporate clients.

Individuals using Webinfinity corporate platforms must contact their internal HR teams if they wish to access their personal data. Webinfinity’s clients have designated personnel who control access to their organizations personal data and they would decide on who can access this data. Webinfinity would not normally be involved in this process except in the event of direct EU user GDPR requests to Webinfinity.

Webinfinity’s systems allow clients using our software to establish their own criteria for limiting access to, the use, and disclosure of their personal data. Webinfinity’s system only requires individual users to identify themselves by use of an email address and a password. Webinfinity will never provide this information to any third party other than through an authorized order from a law enforcement agency. Webinfinity’s corporate clients have complete control over what additional data they wish to store on the system.

Under certain conditions, more fully described on the Privacy Shield website, you may be entitled to invoke binding arbitration when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted, including the removal of all related Personal and other data for the affected party.

Security of Your Information

To help protect the privacy of data and personally identifiable information you transmit through use of this Website, we maintain physical, technical and administrative safeguards. We update and test our security technology on an ongoing basis. We restrict access to your personal data to those employees who need to know that information to provide benefits or services to you. Webinfinity offer individuals protected by the principles outlined in this Privacy Policy the opportunity to choose (opt out) whether their Personal Information is to be retained, disclosed to a third party or to be used for a purpose other than the purpose for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by the individual. For Sensitive Personal Information, Webinfinity will give individuals the opportunity to affirmatively or explicitly (opt out) consent to the retention or disclosure of the information for a purpose other than the purpose for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by the individual. Webinfinity shall treat Sensitive Personal Information received from an individual the same as the individual would treat and identify it as Sensitive Personal Information.
