Webinfinity’s 2021 Winter product update further accelerates user engagement through personalized workflow experiences.

At Webinfinity, we know there is no such thing as a one size fits all user experience. Today we are excited to share our 2021 Winter Release and introduce our new Dynamic Workflow Management capability, enabling our clients to drive efficiency and accelerate engagement with their Webinfinity-powered portal users.

“With this new innovative feature, clients can create personalized experiences for key processes such as contact onboarding, making it easier than ever for users to learn about their programs and practices. Webinfinity can be configured to support multiple user journeys, enabling our clients to further empower their own ecosystems.”

– Tim Sewell, CTO, Webinfinity

While this new functionality is ideal for enabling new portal users and new hires, it can also be leveraged to boost new product launches, facilitate the enablement of a partner in a new program tier or train partners on a program change, to list just a few.

The Winter release is comprised of many enhancements released from December through March

This release is packed with UI and functionality enhancements enabling our clients to go one level deeper in the personalization of their business workflows. Webinfinity also continues to expand on its commitment to bring a world-class multilingual solution by improving the experience of the users in their local language.

As announced last summer, new functionalities are released continuously so customers can immediately take advantage of them on their Webinfinity-powered portals. Updates and enhancements include personalization and user efficiency enhancements, look and feel updates, analytics enhancements and integration updates that support Webinfinity’s overall infrastructure.
