As the world takes a pause during this time, the speed of digital business really is doing the opposite.

Digital engagement potentially increases the need for more business cycles, more activities and more attention.

“Engagement is Job #1 at Webinfinity, and with the increased need for speed, the Webinfinity product team has re-invented its product release process.”

– Tim Sewell, CTO, Webinfinity

The Summer release is comprised of many functionality enhancements released from April through July

Updates and enhancements include personalization and user efficiency enhancements, look and feel updates, analytics enhancements and integration updates that support Webinfinity’s overall infrastructure.

“Functionality enhancements now are released continuously, which eliminates any waiting time for customers to take advantage of great new requested functionality for their Webinfinity-powered portals. Customers will continuously have the functionality they need to drive engagement across their stakeholder ecosystem.”

– Tim Sewell, CTO, Webinfinity

Personalization and Efficiency Enhancements

Granular personalization is the name of the game to drive user engagement. The functionality for this summer release makes it easier than ever for portal users to customize their own experience as well as providing portal administrators significant flexibility to design the experience for partners. Enhancements include:

  • User self-selection of their job role, delivering a unique experience curated for that role
  • Greater flexibility for partners/dealers to accept and manage sales leads and opportunities
  • Ability for partners/dealers to update customer information in the opportunity record in the portal with an automated push to the CRM
  • Increased ability to keep relationship owner information up to date in the portal through the CRM

Look and Feel Updates

Making it easy for portal users to see and act on curated items is critical to their efficiency and engagement. Look and feel enhancements include:

  • Tag redesign that simplifies the view of tag elements in the portal. Tags are often critical navigation points to additional relevant content assets.
  • Updates to the icons and notifications making it more efficient for users to get what they need on a page

Analytics Enhancements

Webinfinity analytics gives portal admins and executive stakeholders a comprehensive view of portal engagement. This data can be further enhanced through Webinfinity BI tool connectors. With this release, Sigma BI dashboards can be securely embedded into the portal for executives, admins and specific relationship manager views.
