Webinfinity’s 2020 Spring product update provides new levels of portal usability and flexibility for enhanced user engagement.

Today, Webinfinity is delivering the second stage of its product upgrade, which will provide significant user flexibility and efficiency.

Curators can easily create a spectrum of new user experiences

This release includes major user experience enhancements that will give curators the flexibility to create new experiences in minutes. Multiple widget size variations packaged into pre-built templates will enable more interesting user experiences. Combining different widget types within these templates will also add to the engagement potential of the curated portal page. These templates have been designed to deliver the best experience on all device sizes.

Users’ search experience becomes more efficient

This release includes a new search control, making it easier for users to find what they need. It includes a quick search bar that enables a frictionless experience, keeping the user’s place in the portal. It also includes streamlined and always-visible filtering and in-app assistance in the event of “no results” searches.

Services and integration enhancements focus on increasing engagement

This release also includes important developments for Webinfinity services and integration capabilities including MS Dynamics integration, SSO and Storage Connector enhancements.
