Tanium Launches its Partner Advantage Portal

Tanium is a leader in unified endpoint security and operations.

The company offers a proven platform for endpoint visibility and control that transforms how organizations manage and secure their computing devices. Its customers include many of the world’s largest and most sophisticated organizations, including half of the Fortune 100, top retailers and financial institutions, and four branches of the US Armed Forces.

Although Tanium has worked with partners for several years, the company had no full program in place to support, enable, and grow the ecosystem. The team sought to launch a program that gave partners flexibility and predictability along with ease of doing business. The platform that supported this program would have to deliver these capabilities as well as to give partners a compelling, valuable portal experience that allowed easy engagement in key actions - registering opportunities, accessing co-brandable assets, and collaborating with their partner managers. As the core Tanium team is small, having a solution that supports distributed publishing and management was also important.

The Tanium Partner Advantage portal delivers a relevant experience to both partners and the partner managers working with them. The targeted experience begins immediately upon login to the portal’s home page. Here partners can learn about the program that includes a special information page to guide prospective partners. Additionally, the portal allows partner managers to bring to their partners’ attention new and important information. It also allows for offline collaboration on business planning and tracking.

The key resources list is easy to access as well. Top of this list is access to opportunity registration that integrates with Tanium Salesforce CRM. Also available are key resources for different technical, marketing and sales partner personas – industry briefs, customer case studies, demand generation campaigns, sales tools and a dynamic list of Tanium integrations. Specific hubs have been created for each of these personas so they can bookmark all of their relevant resources. Also available is the Learning Hub where partners can access Tanium Partner University as well as their individual transcripts of completed courses.
