Polaris Delivers Unique Experiences for Its Polaris and Indian Motorcycle Dealers

Polaris and Webinfinity are excited to announce the launch of the new Polaris dealer portal that will serve both Polaris and Indian Motorcycle dealers in the international markets.

Through the portal, dealers will be able to manage leads, and to access key marketing and sales content, training resources and links to other important Polaris applications and news feeds. The Webinfinity audience targeting capabilities enable Polaris dealers to see content and transactions relevant to them; similarly, for Indian motorcycle dealers.

The portal is integrated with the Polaris CRM system which makes it much easier to manage dealer activities, leads and opportunities whilst providing a frictionless user experience. The portal’s lead management workflow enables dealers to accept new leads and then to manage those new opportunities through to close. Other team members within the dealer organization can easily collaborate on those opportunities through the portal. The Polaris DSM’s can quickly track opportunity status in their districts and collaborate directly with their dealers through the system using real time reporting and dashboards. Sales and marketing resources are organized both by content type and by product, depending on the dealer profile. Polaris employees can easily add content into the portal according to their roles and areas of responsibilities.
