Anywhere you can imagine a critical event occurring, Everbridge is at the forefront.

Keeping  people safe  and  businesses running in the event of critical situations, ranging from severe weather, workplace violence, active shooters, terrorism, IT and power outages, environmental discharges, critical equipment failures, medical emergencies, social media attacks and more. Everbridge solutions are designed to keep employees safe, alert residents and visitors, automate IT incident response, anticipate and prevent operations disruptions, and to accelerate clinical response.

The partner ecosystem is critical to extending the value of Everbridge solutions in each of these areas. Today, Everbridge has 100+ partners across three different categories – technology, service and channel.

“Building out our partnership program is a focus for 2020. With Webinfinity, we can deliver extremely relevant experiences for our different types of partners. We will also be able to easily extend the partner portal functionality as we expand our program.”

– Amy Jones, VP Partner Marketing, Everbridge

The new Webinfinity-powered partner hub will enable Everbridge to personalize the experience for its different partner types. Each partner type will be able to easily access critical information, resources and tools that are specifically relevant to them. In addition, partners will be able to register deals and manage opportunities through the portal which will bi-directionally integrate with the Everbridge Salesforce CRM. The portal will also include a developer area for support ticket submission.
