Webinfinity is excited to announce the launch of the ATEA Partner Connect portal.
ATEA is the market leader in IT infrastructure for businesses and public-sector organizations in Europe’s Nordic and Baltic regions. Its partners are some of the largest hardware and software vendors in the world with which it works to deliver infrastructure solutions to its customers. As can be imagined, tracking the programs, incentives and campaigns through which ATEA should receive payments, discounts, or rebates is complex across these various vendor partners, each with their own MDF, payment and program management tools.
ATEA came to Webinfinity to help them with this challenge. Together they created Partner Connect, a portal designed primarily for internal teams to manage and track MDF claims and rebates with each of these technology vendor partners. The partners also have visibility into these activities in addition to other complementary resources such as events, contacts, and program policies.

The first thing ATEA teams and vendor partners will see on their Partner Connect home page is the workflow that tracks the entire MDF process. Internal teams are given permission to see those vendor partners for whom they are responsible. Vendor partners see only their specific MDF activities, claims and payments. Further down on the page, users can see their MDF and rebate activity according to their permissions and roles. Included is an Activity dashboard that tracks all MDF activities and claims as well as rebate requests. Different user types see different assets, depending on what they need in managing and collaborating with partners. There are different views for employees, partner account managers and the partners themselves.
